Introducing Batchflow HZ
With current construction demands limiting the amount of noise on site, availability of labour and ever shorter time frames, Batchflow HZ is the obvious choice when laying domestic house floors.
Batchflow HZ is a self compacting concrete developed with our chemical admixture partner Chryso. Chryso has a distinguished history within this area of technology having introduced it to the UK market in the early 2000’s.
Since then the technology has been refined and makes Batchflow HZ the obvious choice for all ground floor and beam & block slabs in domestic dwellings. Batchmix are continually improving our products and are committed to reducing the carbon footprint of all our cement based products. To this end the original concepts of self compacting concrete have been modified to minimise the use of the most carbon intensive cement – Portland cement (CEM1).
We currently offer a number of variants of Batchflow HZ self compacting concrete that have many of the same benefits in differing applications.
Batchflow SCC
A multipurpose self compacting concrete for use in applications such as columns, beams and walls.
Batchflow PCC
A self compacting concrete that can be tailored to the specific requirements of most pre-cast concrete works. A product that is capable of vastly increasing productivity and reducing waste.
Batchforce HZ
A self compacting concrete that can be tailored to the specific requirements of beam and block flooring system requirements where steel or plastic macro fibres are required. Commercial projects also benefit from the same advantages of cost, labour, time and effort required.
Batchflow FND
A flowing concrete that has the fluidity to travel around the trenches in large foundations without the need for a concrete pump.
